The nice thing I choose this hotel is it has a kitchen.It's also near the river.Location near to cafes and restaurants and some of the sights in town. This is my second time to stay in this hotel.I realized the utensils inside the room, the breakfast have lowered standard.It costs more than it is worth.

Hotel was clean, very open air, rooms were very appointed, plenty of hot water, staff was very friendly however don't ask them for a recommendation to a off site resturant you will likely end up on the other side of town. The hotel is very close to all the sites of the city and walking distance to the river front gathering area. The oyster bar was closed both nights we were there and on the second night there was no room service so you had a choice to eat at the new years buffet or go out to eat. I have traveled nearly my entire working life and stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this hotel for a last minute booking was a great suprise. Everything went smooth room was great good view, very comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent, easy to come and go from, secure and the booking through Agoda was smooth had no problem with check in or out. Will definetly stay there again in the future and would recommend it to everyone. Good value for the money spent.
Travel tip : When you arrive try to get a taxi driver that you are comfortable with and use him for your tour guide. We had a great taxi driver pick us up at the airport and we used him everyday was very inexpensive and gave us flexability with the short time we were there. For the short run around towns just use the Tuk-Tuk.

Nothing - they even upgraded me to 2 bedroom apartment for free since I was staying for long. Internet was down for short while but the admin was kind enough to call me when it was up. Very warm and homely feeling. Simply excellent and we had to even cancel our flights back to stay further 6 more days. If you are with family and need a 6star rating hotel at decent price - don't look further - Himawari is your choice. is
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn left for supermarket - turn right for beach - go straight for palace.
