Rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with a kitchen if you're looking to stay long. Efficient business center. Family friendly hotel.

There was no mini-bar refreshments at all, other than the complimentary two bottles of drinking water. Traffic is noisy for rooms near the main road.

An affordable four-star hotel, though slightly expensive by Cambodia's standards, given that most things are very lowly priced. Good location, along a stretch with two other good hotels and reasonable walking distance from the National Museum and Grand Palace, as well as the tourist area (restaurants and nightspots). The room was very spacious, even for the cheapest room, and had the following amenities: double bed, cable TV, broadband Internet, dining table, kitchen and stove, closet and bathroom.

Restaurant Tip : The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the main restaurant strip that runs parallel to the river. Expect tourist prices at these restaurants.

Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, nice room with central location. A perfect choice for stay in Phnom Phen.

Pretty satisifed.

I will recommend this hotel to travelers of Phnom Penh, makes you a comfortable stay. Its just 10 minutes walk to Royal Palace and reachable to other areas of Phnom Penh. I like the room, fully furnished with a little kitchen! The massage house opposite to the hotel is nice.

Reasonable value in this price range and if self equipped appartments are what you want then give it a try.

Shopping Tip : If you are staying a while, try and get a regular tuk-tuk outside and negotiate a daily rate.

Reception staff seemed aloof, not like most happy friendly Cambodian people we encountered.

location is good. pool and fitness is ok.

american charme in the rooms (cheap and not stylish). the stuff is professional friendly.

this is a typical hotel with a professional american standard. not warm or individual, but professional. You as a guest, you are a number, not a person. The facilities are ok, but if you are not on business in cambodia you will miss something which you personally touch. it is a typically american standard hotel, which you´ll not like, if you come from europe - specially if you are interested in some nice design and individually customer management.

Its is a great location and the staff are great

Nothing- pool a bit small

This hotel was a surprise, the staff were caring and the New years party( which was included in the room price) was delightful. It made our new year in Changi Mai wonderful. The hotel also provided a central location with great sized rooms. We would stay here again and again. By the way we travelled with teenagers and they though the free internet was great!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the Kings winter palace - and take a tuk tuk- great ride!

Everyone is out to get your money in Phnom Penh, tuk tuk drivers very greedy. Stick to your guns and you will get your price. We had a lovely young man called Keo who took the price we offered whilst the other tuk tuk driver kept calling out the price he wanted, even as we were driving away with Keo. I know it is a poor country and we ended up giving the guy more than twice the agreed price; after all its only a few dollars to us but quite a lot to them, but it is the principle too. I struggled at the Russian market, outrageous prices compared to thailand and we had been there a matter of seconds when women beggars with children on hips started hitting us up for money. I said no but they wouldn't go. I ended up leaving and was followed all the way back to the tuk tuk. They made me feel guilty but you can't give to everyone. At central markets there were better prices and I only got humbugged once as we were leaving. Pon Loc restuarant has the most amazing Khmer food.

Shopping Tip : Toughen up, it's hardcore here! And the most crazy driving of anywhere, and I have travelled around the world!

Our room overlooked the Cambodiana Hotel's front gardens and the main road - a pleasant enough view and not noisy at all. Our room was spacious and had a kitchenette and plenty of hanging space in the walk-through wardrobe. It had a shower over the bath + a retractable washing line.

Travel tip : The Cambodiana Hotel next door has an ATM in the lobby.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom apt which was great since we were traveling with a teenager.

Hotel Feature Tip : I forgot my voucher from Agoda for the hotel and they had a business center on site. I was able to contact Agoda and print out the voucher there.
