Nice rm, not great location, staff English not goo

We had contacted the hotel several days before our stay to adjust the number of people staying and number of nights in phenom penh. It eventually got sorted out but it made the stay more stressful and unpleasant than it needed to be. Much of the confusion could have been due to the fact that the staff's English was not very good, but it was likely just disorganization.

it's only a walking distance to central market and nyonya restaurant which served halal food (malaysian owner). furthermore, this hotel also served halal food so there's no need for us to trouble ourself to go out and find halal food especially for breakfast. we took a family room which is big and comfortable for me, my husband and my daughter (11 years old).

a strategically located hotel, in the heart of the busy city of phnom penh. eventhough the hotel was quite old, but the facilities there are fine. moreover, as muslim travelers, having to easily able to get halal food is important. much to our surprise, the convenience store next to the hotel is selling a wide range of halal food. we managed to find bread made in malaysia there. the location coupled with the easily accessible halal food, make the hotel a choice for muslim traverlers.

Bad breakfast,always insufficient.
All other issues about the hotel are good.
Lots of good restaurants are near nearby for dinnetrs and lunch.
The riverbank where all the night clubs and bars are located is only a ten minutes ride by thier auto rickshaw.The fare charged is also very minimal.
Shopping Tip:
Please bargain the prices quoted as those are on a very high side.

Room was confortable although bathroom fixtures are slowly falling apart. Table set up for breakfast poor. Had to go picking for cutley from other tables personally. Lobby appears dull all the time as lights are switched off. Was told they are required to cut down on energy.
Shopping Tip:
The central market is walking distance from hotel okay for shopping for budget travellers.

the hotel situated in a convenient location, there is few markets situated just by walking distance which very convenient for traveler to get the daily item and foods easily. besides, the central market is also a walking distance apart which you can get all kinds of souvenirs for friends and family. the hotel room is clean and comfortable while the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
