nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff (for further bookings, superb sushi restaurant nothing in particular, maybe furniture on the balcony would be nice Very friendly staff, the lobby looks great. The rooms were fully equipped and the balcony was spacious. The Sushi restaurant in the hotel is amazing and the breakfast was fine.
The location of the hotel is not as bad as many other reviewers claimed. Within some minutes you are at the riverside by tuk tuk or by foot.

Modern. Helpful staff. Not too far from centre. close to river and ferry. Clean. Good at arranging airport transfer. Free internet. Safe location. Close to Wat Phnom. Too far to walk at night (but didn't matter as only $2 - 2.50 for tuktuk). Could hear bass from night club on other side of street until midnight(?), we were there on a weekend. This was a good choice. The hotel was modern and nice. Really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask for a quiet room as there is a nightclub across the main street.
A tuk tuk from the ferry should not cost more than $3. A tuk tuk to town - $1-2 in daytime, $2 - $3 at night. Airport transfer $12 arranged by hotel. Got a tuk tuk to S21 and out to Killing Fields.
We would stay here again but would ask for a quiet room.
