Good hotel, friendly service, decent location.

Almost everything about the Cara is just fine, but the music from the bar goes late at night. Ask for a room on higher floor if you're a light sleeper. Staff is lovely.
Restaurant Tip:
Romdeng is great..good food and nice atmosphere. Even better, the restaurant is making a difference for the city poor children by training them for a service job.

Ok hotel and staff was not vey helpful

stayed for one night before heading to sihanoukville. the rooms were clean but very small. the next morning when checking out we asked the staff how to get to the bus station and they tried to sell us more expensive tickets and also charge us more to have a tuk tuk take us to the bus station. don't think i would stay here again.

The stay was pleasant and the receptionists are very helpful on giving us tips and ideas on where to go. They even advice us on what to take note and beware of. Will come back again if i visit Phnom Penh again.
