good and simple hotel with helpful staff. the only thing is that they are very inflexible....example...i request to check out at 2pm as my i wanted to leave straight to the airport. however, hotel policy says it is not possible...must check-out by 1pm....????
another thing, i paid usd42 for my room which i thought is a bit expensive for the hotel...it should not ecxeed usd35.

Light on the budget but you get what you pay!

I decided to try Luxury because of the price and free internet thrown in. Generally clean and very good firm mattress! However, some rooms have windows which open to the corridor. There was a structural column right in the shower stall. Air con was not up to the job. Since a good powerful air con and nice shower were important to me, I left the next day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Luxury is located on one of the major roads in Phnom Penh - Monivong Road and is surrounded by good local seafood restaurants.

the staff are helpful and friendly. there are chinese speaking staff & i think this hotel is operated by chinese boss. the room is spacious & clean. most importantly it is with elevator. the room is equiped with hair dryer, hand towels & basic toilletries. the buffet breakfast is alright. there are standby tuk tuk outside of the hotel, the staff are willing to communicate with the drivers.

pick up at airport is punctual with just a phone call before departure. staff are friendly, helpful and patience. staff speaks english and other chinese dialect. breakfast too simple, less variety, but still try to meet your personal needs upon request. rooms are big, clean and airy, cheap transport (tutu) is available outside hotel and easy access to many attractions.
Restaurant Tip:
turn right from hotel to the main road, walk towards your left, there's a restaurant that serves very good chinese food, they even caters to our vegetarian needs. staff are friendly and helpfu

The hotel is located quite far from the main sights (national museum, riverfront and palace). Getting a tuktuk is easy so all the sights are still easily accessed.
The hotel rooms very quite small but clean and cosy.
Breakfast was very asian, I was hoping for more variety.
Staff was helpful but they gave me slightly missleading information the taxi arrangement to the airport.
I wanted to book a regular taxi but they arranged the hote's own taxi which was a few dollars more expensive.
Restaurant Tip:
Take a nice tuk tuk ride to the riverfront where you have a lot of restaurant choises to choose between. These are not very local but the athmosphere is nice.

nice budget hotel with good facility

stayed during my first visit to phnom penh.
located in city which is about 25mins from airport.
walking distance to sorya mall and central maket - pasr thmei (20minutes) or just take a tuk tuk for usd 2 per car.
hotel facilities is good with spa and massage on the 1st floor, karaoke on th 5th floor. big plus point for the roof top bar restaurant which is magnificient. there is also siger on the roof top. did sang english number during my stay.
tried the foot massage and rated 7 of 10.
rooms : plenty of tv channel including sports.
room condition is acceptable and aircon is cool enough - get a spare key card so that you could leave the aircon running if you go out.
Shopping Tip:
soppe at pasr thmei for a good bargain price.
adidas / nike t shirt cost only usd 4-6 a piece.
local tshirt at only usd 2.

Good location for business traveller and for sightseeing / shopping. Walking distance to Central Market and Pasr Thmei.
Otherwise take a tuk-tuk for per car.
Hotel facilities is acceptable with nice fitness center and spa.

considering the price of hotel, it is a quite a place.
but there were out of order phone quicky repaired, cockroach in the bathroom..
