We booked 5 rooms and arrived very early at 9am and the staff gave us a room to put our bags.Later we were given all our rooms before noon. The rooms were clean and neat. On the top floor there is an open-air beer garden servicing food and drinks with live band.
The hotel is located just of the main road. At the corner of the road is a very popular chinese restaurant. In fact along the road there are many restaurant.

Good hotel with convenient location

The hotel staff provide good service`and go out of their way to try and accomodate your request. The breakfast offered is sufficient and comparatively good compared with hotels of the same range. The location is very convenient and the Chinese restaurant 10 meters away offers very good food.
There are tuk-tuk parked nearby waiting for customers so travelling to anyway is not a problem.

I would recommend this hotel for business travelers- and it seems to be designed for that customer. Otherwise, there are better options (and ones closer to tourist sites)in the same price range.
The service is extremely friendly and it is located in an interesting neighborhood- lots of Chinese restaurants around and near the business center of town.
Nightlife Tip:
Massage on first floor.

Standard rooms are quite small and old fashioned but in good condition. There are only a very limited number of rooms with a real window to the outside. Most rooms come with the window to the hallway. shower took about 10 minutes to get warm and had not much pressure. If you expect more you have to book the much more pricier luxury rooms, which seemed really nice. There was quite a bit of noise coming from inside the hotel but no traffic noise.
breakfast is asian buffet style with limited western choices.
Nice but a relatively expensive restaurants on the ground floor and roof top.

good breakfast.
window was to the hallway so it shouldn't count.
two floors are devoted to spa and massage and there were a lot more girls working at the rooftop bar than seemed necessary. its not too in your face and there were some family's there but nor my thing. maybe if i was one of the chinese businessman who seemed to love smoking in the elevators

The bed is really hard, like sleeping on the floor
Easy to get Tuk Tuk and the foot massage was extraordinary

the front desk speaks decent english. however the restaurant staff were not. breakfast was quite bad, no cereal and cheap bread. but the bed is the worst, i had shoulder ache for just staying for 2 days. they really need to do something about it. the other thing is the rooms are not sound=proof. you can even hear people walking outside.
Shopping Tip:
always bargain for anything. a usd13 bath robe is just usd7 when i attempt to walk away

Nice hotel but location a little hidden.

Nice and very clean hotel.
Lovely environment inside the hotel and also the room.
Looking at the hotel advertisement, quite many indoor facilities even though I personally have no time to use/visit it.
Peaceful and quite from noise.
Breakfast are not so good but still acceptable.
Finally the location of this hotel are a bit hidden and the main road in front are bad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Located at town center.
