None that concerned me - all expectations met
Very well-located accommodation. Staff competent and friendly. Very helpful with things like taxis, directions, visitors, freight home, business needs. Breakfast comprehensive and pleasant. Did not eat evening meals at hotel but noted restaurant was well-patronised. Many business visitors - looked like it was popular with NGOs and the like. Internet worked consistently, gym was attended and run reasonably attentively. Pool area clean and pleasant. Overall very suitable and exactly what I had expected for the price and country.
Shopping Tip : Visit Orange River silk clothing and accessories on the main street

The location is excellent, friendly and helpful staff. nice pool
No elevator in the main building.The restaurant prices are too high for what you get.
The Imperial is a good place for visitors who can just stay for two or three days; centrally located for sight-seeing and shopping and also not too far from the airport. Our room was nicely furbished and clean and I appreciated the large bath-tube. Food in the restaurant is good, but overpriced, the breakfast buffet comforts also westerners.We will come back
