Nice and historic
Historic and good location
Huge room for the price, but kind of musty and not super clean, but that is common for historic buildings.

Comfortable hotel ,dark room
Nice architecture, friendly staff , comfortable room
Comfortable, basic but very dark room. No view from window as it looked straight into a brick wall. Staff were very friendly, but knew limited english. Wasn't in the greatest area and didn't feel safe going out by myself as a solo female traveller and was warned by locals too to be careful. Hotel only serves a very basic breakfast and you need to find a place to eat at night. There is a nice restaurant a few doors down from hotel that recently opened and served reasonable priced food. The owner said they are busy expanding and a new restaurant will open soon across the road where breakfast would be served.

Charming hotel, nice location, comfortable stay
charming hotel, quiet street near to central district, great staff
This is such a charming and comfortable hotel, well-located to restaurants and top attractions, yet on a quiet street. The staff was easy to converse with in English and were great. My room was extremely dark at night, which could easily be remedied with higher voltage bulbs.

Nice decorated hotel
Spacious room, easily accessed to shopping and eating areas..
Had 1 night stay here and got a spacious room for 3 of us. The only bad experience was the hotel had power trips twice in the middle of the night. No one was at the counter and we had to go down to look for the staff who can resolve the problem.

Good Value for Money in central Phnom Penh
Value for money, friendly stuff, nice clean room
The Hotel is away from the expensive riverside. Therefore good value for money. Family run business. Very friendly stuff. Nothing was a problem. Close to nightlife bars and shopping malls. With motorbike access to the whole city. Very plesant stay. I will go there again.

Friendly staff and clean room
Very friendly and eager to help staff and owner. Close to National Museum, Royal Palace and Mekong River.
Very friendly staff, quiet neighborhood. a clean and comfy room and a decent breakfast. But there were two problems for me: 1) the room was a bit dark even with all the lights on; and 2) hot water was gone during a shower and came back, say, after about 5 minutes, and gone again, etc.
