we had mixed feelings about this hotel. first, the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. the location was good for getting to all the sites we wanted to see. very clean hotel.
but, the one problem was the noise. we had some noise the first night, so they upgraded us to the suite in the back. unfortunatly, the noise the second night and thereafter was horrible. the restaraunt/pub across the street played crazy loud music until 3-4 am. we complained and complained until finally i went across and yelled at them to turn it down. the strange part was that the place was near empty. no party in sight. they turned it down, but the next few night it was the same story.

i stayed there for five days and room service was impeccable. staff was helpful and accommodating. location is close to all major attractions though you might want to get a taxi/tuktuk to go around.
one thing: don't order trips through hotels, go to local bus station and get it there. the bus i got to go to seam reap was no good: no ac (even though advertised), and very slow.

i stay unfortunately just one night at this hotel, but it was a very good experience : friendly and helpful staff, good location, at 5 min by walk to the king's palace, and closed to the riverside walk with plenty of restaurants...
small room but with all equipment you can expect, with new and modern furnitures, very clean.
there are 2 swimming pools in the hotels, a small one on the roof, and a bigger one on groundfloor, both clean and with nice environment.
excellent breakfast served in the morning around the swimming pool. there is a bar on the rooftop terrace, with a wonderful view on phnom penh, serving good cocktails. happy hours time in the afternoon, half price on all drinks.
very good stay, i recommend strongly this place for a very good value for money.

hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful. we had only booked for 1 night but asked to stay for 2, we were charged at the same rate that agoda had qouted us which was good!our room was on the 4th floor and was huge,a great jacuzzi on the roof top with bar and great views of the city.breakfast was served by the ground floor pool and was plentiful with a good selection. hotel is within walking distance to everything. would definately stay here again.

Overall, nice choices for the price i paying. Staffs are friendly, the breakfast is great and nice view from the top bar of the hotel. However, there problem with the air-cond in my room and i called the staffs twice. They told me just need wait a while, however the air-cond not cold at all. Due to other goods factors we endure it.
