A hotel for business or tourism, the location is in the city’s business center and five- minute drive to the Central Market. The European looking hotel has traditional rooms of moderate size and with all amenities. And the restaurant serves Thai and Chinese food to a high standard. The hotel is near government offices, embassies and popular attractions such as the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, the National Museum and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum formerly the site of the notorious Security Prison 21 of the Khmer Rouge. The boat to Siem Reap is just 15 minutes away. Still a developing city, there is much to see and is a trip strongly recommended.

Although the hotel was away from the tourist areas, it was of a good standard in service, food and cleanliness.

Shopping Tip : International markets are only a twenty minute walk away. Walking is hard but there are tuk tuks available. Always bargain and pay approx 50% less.

There is always a tuk tuk ready to take you anywhere. Bargain your price before getting into the tuk tuk, you should pay about 40-50% less than the asking price.

Travel tip : The food in the hotel's restaurant was value for money and good quality. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Shopping Tip : Hotel locate near Russian market. The Tuk Tuk should cost you 2 USD. But they always start with 4 USD. Try to have exact change as sometimes they refuse to give you a change because they don't have any.
