Friendly and polite staff
Adequate Breakfast
Gym was terrible, most equipment too old and did not work.
State of repair of facilities was not very good.
Lack of English-speaking ability in most staff.
Overall quality of food was not very good.
No internet available in rooms.
The hotel was reasonable, however value for money by comparison with other competitors in Phnom Penh was not very good. Facilities appeared in need of a general overhaul and gymnasium in particular was exceptionally poor. Food was not very good.

Although the hotel was away from the tourist areas, it was of a good standard in service, food and cleanliness.
Shopping Tip : International markets are only a twenty minute walk away. Walking is hard but there are tuk tuks available. Always bargain and pay approx 50% less.

There is always a tuk tuk ready to take you anywhere. Bargain your price before getting into the tuk tuk, you should pay about 40-50% less than the asking price.
Travel tip : The food in the hotel's restaurant was value for money and good quality. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
