we were greeted by two staff who provided us with a glass of orange juice and a towel. the rooms were very modern and overlooking the river. the beds were comfortable and it is situated walking distance to bars. the only criticism would be the bathroom as it had a giant window so you can see the person showering from the room. personally not my cup of tea (there is a blind)but it was a lovely room.

The hotel is situated near all the interesting place. Few minutes walk to casino, and few minutes to royal palace, museum, and market. And good and easy to walk around to the riverside.The staffs are vey friendly and helpful, they always smile and always prepare to help you. The room are good, and services provided are very good.The breadfast area is at the roof top, which got the fanstatic view of the city.

If not for the free wifi, spacious room, high floor and easy access to restaurants/places of interest, I would have moved to another hotel. We stayed here a whole week. Most of the staff here are absolutely clueless about hospitality and hotel management. The towels had a strong smell of chlorine. The breakfast was terrible; the same menu(and sometimes stale food) everyday.
Restaurant Tip:
Too much msg used in the cooking.

Run Down Hotel, in Renovation

The hotel was about a two star hotel. Pricy for what we paid. It was under renovation so it was noisy. Breakfast, which is included, is mediocre at best. Not good service in the restaurant. Bathrooms were very run down and had not been renovated in some time. Old hotel, old rooms. Staff tries hard with what they have to make your stay enjoyable. Would not stay there again for that price.

The Landscape Hotel is conveniently located close to the riverfront, temples, and museums in Phnom Penh. The lobby appears well-appointed at first glance but shows wear upon closer inspection. The bathroom was very modern and Westernized with a glass window from the shower to the bedroom. However, the shower didn't drain very well and leaked onto the floor. My favorite thing about the room were the blackout curtains which provided a dark and quiet environment to relax from the bustling city.
Restaurant Tip:
We found a great vegan restaurant called the Treez Recipe nearby. It's the 2nd installation of a restaurant called The Vegetarian farther north with the exact same menu.
