The hotel has modern style rooms, which are large enough. The double rooms have a clear glass wall as a partition to the toilet (with curtain in case you need it), which is quite unique. The place is just a walking distance to Royal Palace, Naga World casino, Independence Monument. The staff are friendly and always are ready for help (booking bus to Sieam Reap, advising eating and shoping places...)
Travel tip:
You can find quite a lot of restaurants or inns with resonable price as well as tourist services on the small street just at the hotel corner

I was here for 3 days 2 nights in this hotel and I really like the location and the Scenic view which facing the Mekong River and you can reached all destination like Royal Palace , Casino just a walking distance
Nightlife Tip:
just 2-3 KM you can rally enjoy night life along the Mekong river

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. They have upgraded me to suite room which is on the high floor with nice view. Hotel facilies are not bad. However, breakfast is quite plain with limited choices of foods to choose.

Rather neat hotel with decent breakfast.

Looks rather new but washroom door failed on our first day of staying. A handyman came to the rescue and got it fixed in a jiffy. First night stay was interrupted by the failed fire alarm and had to change room at 4am. First time wandering around the hallway at that hour in search of our 'new' room and the staff barely speaks English. Be wary of being ripped-off by the 'tuk-tuks' outside the hotel and you should only pay $2-3 per round-trip. There's a casino nearby and you should really take a peep.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There's a machine that crushes oranges to make juice--real cool until we found out that's not working as well.

modern rooms with great concept for couples

the hotel wasnt well known among the tuktuk drivers. perhaps it did help being opposite to a well known hotel i.e. cambodiana hotel. the tuktuk drivers understood "opposite cambodiana hotel" better than landscape hotel. the view from the room was great. the hotel rooms was in great condition and rather spacious. nothing much to complain. breakfast was alright. perhaps the service could be improve further. the bathroom and room was separated by a glass which you can leave the blinds down for privacy. great overall.
