Facilities in the hotel are new and confortable. But view from the window was not so good since my room was the second floor.
The hotel situated a good location. There are a lot of good restaurants in the river front area and this hotel is near to there. Say walking distance.

great location near the river and we had a great view from our room. breakfast was good and the staff very friendly albiet they could not speak much english. use the tuk tuks outside the hotel they will take you anywhere and wait for you, even take you for a tour round the place and do not charge much at all. rooms were lovely and clean. ours had a kitchen area but no cooker only sink and a couple of pots and pans. just walk to the left as you come out and you will find good restaurants and bars

This is an okay hotel and the staff are lovely although a little hit and miss with the service, especially the bar. They are out of stock of most things on the menu and limited English made it too hard. The breakfast is good and young man in charge did a great job of having everything ready for 5.30 am for 30 people.
Maybe I would stay again but look around I believe there is better close by. I have had a problem contacting the hotel in regard to my final bill - all the emails bounce back!!!

Big and beautiful room for a fairly cheap cost. Nice breakfast with lots to choose from. A bit of a walk from the mail riverside area but not more then five minutes walk.

The staff was acceptable. The room was clean but a little dark and carpet was old. Bathroom didn't have shower curtain. That was a bit annoying!

The stardard rooms are large with panorama view window. Unfortunately it is not possible to open the window. The breakfast area and the restaurant is located on the top floor under the roof. A nice view is guaranteed. The rooms need renovation, especially the carped has to be changed.

staff not that friendly.
breakfast on sunday - staff got there late - well after 7am. food was not all out and food in metal containers was not heated up etc. no coffee, tea, juice was out. not good!
lift was very slow.
Travel tip:
The hotel is not located near the very busy riverside 'strip'.
About a good 15 - 20 minute walk to there.

every time i visit pp, i now stay at the landscape. the only things to improve are that the water wasnt hot at night and that there is no pool, but used the hotel opposite.
i was made to feel very welcome and see no reason to find another hotel in pp

we had a pleasant and decent stay at the hotel. since it was well located we were able to walk it to some of the popular tourist attractions like the kings palace and the national museum.
the rooms were clean and well maintained. the service offered overall was average and hence it would be a 6/10 experience.
Nightlife Tip:
the place is brilliant in the night. the entire street near our hotel had so many cafe and restaurants to offer. we also enjoyed the walks near the water body.
the place had high energy and was vibrating with a sense of freedom and music.
