Fair location with modern rooms

Don't know why they could not find my booking record or maybe they missed it. they could not arrange my rooms when I arrived! It wasted me 1 hr to wait but finally they upgraded us to suite rooms, which are big and nice!
Nightlife Tip:
Casino in walking distance!

ask for a high floor to look over the mekong. good 4star hotel, good location, 10 min walk to riverfront bars, cages etc. would stay again. good value for money on the agoda flash deal.

Good location, but not a very good hotel
Other than the good location, don't stay there.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that the rooms were not very nice; i had no closet in my room so you could not hang anything up, the carpet looked like it had not be cleaned in years, the shower was broken, and the toilet gave off an odor. A very uncomfortable place to stay. Find another place.

staying for a third time at this hotel, for two nights, in a "deluxe room" it was almost an unpleasant stay. small ants, biting my legs while sleeping left me with 50 red spots or more. the air condition was creating strange noises. after the 1st night i informed the management. they have tackled the problems quickly - however the first night was ruined. overall the hotel's maintenance is not proactive, a view to the wallpaper here and there will tell about it.

Great location and nice hotel
Location close to Palace and Museum

i liked the hotel and the location. i was able to do some walking around and visit the museum and palace within a few blocks. the rooms were nice and i enjoyed the view. breakfast began around 6:10, view from the 10th floor was great, river on one side, city and palace grounds on the other. staff was very friendly with great smiles.
Shopping Tip:
Ka Beauty Salon. When you walk out of the hotel, on the street on the right is this beauty salon. Had them trim and color my hair, manicure and pedicure for 13.50. Great folks there
