Lovely hotel with fantastic amenities
Great room design, excellent service, delicious food. Good value for money
9.3
the room has a funky design, quite unusual in this part of the world for the price of this hotel. room is quite spacious, new and clean. wi-fi with good speed.
excellent customer service, all staff speaks good english and were very accommodating with all our needs and requests.
everything has a special touch in this hotel. the best surprise is definitely the food. he had dinner in the hotel with not much hopes because it was quite late when we arrived and to our surprise the food was delicious. asian food with a touch, highly recommended. breakfast was very good.
Restaurant Tip:
Do not miss the restaurant in this real designer hotel.

although a small hotel, the staffs are very nice and helpful. nice atmosphere in the lobby. the cooking smell in the lobby was not impressive but not disturbing for it didn't last long. overall, the stay was pleasant and will definitely go back again.

enjoyed staying at this modern hotel. great staff and lovely breakfast. we had trouble getting our room’s a/c to get cold to our preference but dealt with it.
it was in a nice central location that had accessible access when we wanted to leave. they also had their own little taxi that you can utilize.

Great hotel but location was away from attractions
nice interior, clean rooms and modern hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Lebiz and would stay there again.
Pros:
1. Friendly staff
2. You can rent DVDs and books at the library in the lobby
3. Modern hotel with nice interior
4. Breakfast buffet was good
5. They assigned a taxi driver for us and he was professional and helpful (gave us tips on where to eat)
6. Good price
Cons:
1. It's a bit farther away from most main attractions, but since we hired a driver for the day the distance wasn't a big deal

central location nice hotel
very good breaky (good selection of bread - not just white bread!) good shower, quiet room, great location.

if i had to complain it would be the fridge in the room - was barely we recommend that you take the breakfast included as it is good value. their lunch and dinner prices as well as beer is high in our opinion. still good food but costly. other than that this hotel was very good.
you can walk to the river front where there are tons of great places to eat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you hire a driver to take you to the Killing Fields be leary. Our driver "Nick" spoke great english with an Assie accent (delivered us to his so called vollenter second job where he grew up) asked if he could take us to his orphanage Light House Organization which included a stop at a market where we needed to purchase rice cause it was much better than giving money - seemed brilliant to us so we agreed. We then purchased a 40 KG bag for rice for $40 US but really thought the bag was only perhaps 30 kg. (unfortunately this experience was tainted by this so called "help the orphange") The driver Nick had agreed on 4 stops we eliminated one of the stops and still he demanded more money then originally agreed upon at the begining. Just not used to this kind of scamming - we felt sad by the whole experience. The orphanage is not registered with the government perhaps they have their reasons but after a bit of research found that they benefit from registering so why are they not registered? Nick could not have grown up here as the agency only developed in the 90's so again bull \----! The children were beautiful and very happy to see us. One of the girls who said she was 16 asked me in private how much rice we brought - I thought it odd at the time...

Great Location
Modern and clean room. Staffs are friendly.

Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
Very clean room. Modern deco.
The only complaint I have is : when I book this hotel, it stated 25% discount on F&B. During check out, I was told I was not entitled to the 25% discount because I didn't inform them when I checked in.... What?????
The hotel manager was beside the receptionist when I complained, but he didn't help to solve this... When I checked in, the booking voucher stated clearly that I entitled for 25% F&B discount. If the check in receptionist didn't notice that, it's not my fault !!

I would stay at this hotel again! I felt safe staying here and coming back late at night. They have a tuk-tuk that can provide transportation service for you (sometimes for free depending on where you are going). Breakfast was decent. The rooms were as shown on the pictures (do not expect a view). Pretty quiet which I was very happy about. Staff was very good. Bear in mind that the bathrooms are see though. If you just need a place to stay and crash after roaming around Phnom Penh, then this is the place for you!
