Unfortunately not on the river where all the tourist nightlife is situated but a five minute tuk tuk ride away

Good rooms with a reasonably good breakfast (but a monotonous menu). The staff is friendly & helpful. Enjoyed some good khmer food at the restaurant opposite the hotel.

located away from the main areas of interest for most travellers, but easy access to tuk-tuks for transport. rooms much smaller than appear in photos, but they are well appointed and comfortable. in my opinion not great value for money, as pp has hotels of good standard at half the price.

the hotel is one of the newest in phnom penh that is not like your typical hotel. its lobby is very stylish as well as the rooms. the room's fixtures are simple but equipped with lcd tv and stereo with ipod dock. there are alot of local and international channels in english language on their tv. nice hotel to stay in phnom penh.

This hotel is ideal for a quick visit of the city. The bedrooms don't have all windows. Not very good for claustrophobia. It looks brand new and the design is very modern with a library on the ground floor.

Great hotel. My only complaints are the loud air conditioner and fan (had to sleep with ear plugs), and that the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water tended to spill everywhere.

the lobby was nicely arrange and setup. as for room facilities was wonderful but with a bathtub will be better. other than the location of the hotel, that i don like. overall the stay in lebiz hotel and library was alright.
