This hotel is ideal for a quick visit of the city. The bedrooms don't have all windows. Not very good for claustrophobia. It looks brand new and the design is very modern with a library on the ground floor.

Great hotel. My only complaints are the loud air conditioner and fan (had to sleep with ear plugs), and that the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water tended to spill everywhere.

the lobby was nicely arrange and setup. as for room facilities was wonderful but with a bathtub will be better. other than the location of the hotel, that i don like. overall the stay in lebiz hotel and library was alright.

I love Cambodia, i come here often and it's great to see the variety of offerings now available. This place is clean, professional and friendly. I chose it because i wanted good internet and no hassle to get some work done. I now find myself checking out since the all-white decor and misted windows feel slightly claustrophobic. I need to see some plants and perhaps a little untidiness? This place screams 90's minimalism, perhaps done slightly on the cheap. It does not feel luxurious, but for the price, i guess that is to be expected.
In short: there are plenty of great hotels in PP that have a Cambodian feel, as other reviews say - this could be anywhere... the question for me is given that Cambodia is not just anywhere... why stay here?

Brand new and ultra modern hotel

nice hotel close to central market. very nice after a chaotic day in phnom phen to come back to this clean and quiet place. hotel looks really cool and is very modern. it was our honeymoon and they made up our room very nicely with rose petals.
although we have noticed that most hotel guests are going out for lunch and dinner, it is certainly worth trying the restaurant in the hotel as the food is really good. also try their cocktails as one of the best!

lebiz hotel & library is definitely a must to visit when you head to phnom penh. the clean and airy design of the boutique hotel makes you feel at home and there's even a small library where many hotels do not offer. the environment definitely made me feel as though i was in another country the moment i stepped in. the services are efficient and fantastic. staffs are well-groomed, conversed well and are very helpful. you won't be let down when you book this hotel.
