Lovely villa-type hotel, wonderful staff
Small, villa-type building, nice little garden in front, quiet area but not too far from anything and absolkutely the loveliest staff I have ever encountered.
The only drawback to this place is that the mattresses are quite hard. If you like firm, no problem, but anyone else may find it hard to sleep on. Otherwise it's a great place. The deluxe room has a jacuzzi, all have both bathtub + shower with hot water, large screen TV, wifi. Breakfast is included, not a buffet given how small a place this is, quite adequate. There is a swimming pool although small in size. Nooks and crannies with comfortable chairs to lounge around in. Bar and restaurant. The food is pretty good and not that much more expensive than nearby restaurants, at least as far as the italian dishes go which is what I had.

Great villa with excellent accommodation
Large room, central location, relaxed atmosphere
Junior suite was very large with huge bathroom. The pool was clean and very enjoyable, we even swam between courses. The villas are only a short tuk tuk ride from the bus station. The only down side was the king size bed was a bit firm.

Very nice Hotel away, Nice rooms, Nice Staff
Room was great! Staff superb, very nice, welcome drink and tuk tuk driver available
The manager welcomed us to the Hotel and upgraded our room. We stayed in a bigger and nicer room. The Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel is 5 or 10 mins by tuk tuk from the area with bars and restaurants. I recommend the Lotus Luxury Villa!

Real Cambodian style hotel
Quiet location, lovely staff
This hotel is away from the hub-bub of the city, but getting around is still very easy due to the ready availabiity of tuk-tuks. It is situated in the business side of town, and has the UN building next door. Thus it is very quiet at night. In saying that, there is no window to open and one has to have the air conditioner on, but this is very silent. We asked if we could have a late check out as our flight left at 6pm and this was readily aggreed to.

Small Hotel with great service
Quiet Neighborhood, spacious rooms, friendly and excellent staff
When I first got to the hotel I was hesitant since we had booked 4 of the 7 rooms and it was quite a small hotel. However, quite quickly I found the hotel very convenient and the staff extremely helpful. It is on a quiet street 1.5 blocks off from the main blvd. Close to great restaurants, downtown and nightlife without being overwhelming with two excellent spas close by. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, old villa in quiet location
Beautiful building, perfect service
this is the perfect place if you want to stay in a quiet area yet still only a 10-minute tuk tuk ride away from the main attractions. the cambodian owner, who lived in switzerland for 30 years, understands - both - the western and the eastern world and makes your stay near perfectly comfortable. a shame is only the view (or non-view) from many of the rooms (keep the blinds shut). the restaurant provides surprisingly good food given the size (only a dozen or so rooms) of the hotel. if we go to phnom penh again we will definitley choose this hotel again.
