the third bed was a fold out which was not what we were expecting. my 14 year old daughter slept on it ok.
room was clean and although bathroom was a little on the small size it suited our overnight stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The S21 Prison is literally a 5 minute walk away.

Nice hotel but quite far to most places to visit.

we were assigned rooms at the top floor which provides a nice view of the city. our rooms are nice except that our toilet and bathroom emits awful smell. the ariconditioning in our children's room is not sufficient. the hotel location is quite far to most touristy places to visit, except the toul sleng prison museum which is just a walking distance.

i didn't see really positive points

this hotel is far from the center and is not cheaper than hotels in centre.the rooms are pretty small and the service is mediocre.certain lights didn't work and not very agreable smells came from the bath room due certainly to sewer problems...i have noticed that at night many visited some rooms...to sum up i think that this hotel shouldn't be listed.

Some rooms of the hotel may be substitute if their regular guest came and insisted on the room.
The room at 4 floor is not clean as there is small insects and noisy as the lift generator is located nearby. Somemore the rooms had no windows and not accessable by lift.

suggest you take something closer to the centre...although the hotel was fine it was expensive for where it was.

Certes la chambre n'était pas chère mais elle était petite en fait une chambbre de 2 avec 2 grands lits louée pour 4 personnes, odeur de cigarette, 3 serviettes pour 4 et le petit déjeuner de l'enfant n'était soit disant pas compris alors que rien n'était précisé sur le voucher. Personnel pas très fiables (réservation de billets de bus : erreur sur la date et les horaires) quartier très excentré, nécessité d'utiliser systématiquement un tuk tuk pour se délacer. Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas très bon

เป็นโรงแรมที่ไม่ใหญ่และเล็กจนเกินไป บรรยายกาศก็เงียบสงบดี ห้องนอนก็สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ให้ใช้อย่างครบครันเหมือนกะโรงแรมทั่วไปที่เคยไปพัก อาหารก็มีให้เลือกเยอะ

สำหรับการได้เข้าไปพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้การเดินทางไปเที่ยวก็สะดวกดีสามารถเช่ารถตู้ของโรงแรมไปกันเป็นหมู่คณะ หรือนั่งสามล้อเล็กไปเที่ยวหาซื้อของฝากได้ไม่ไกลมากนัก

싸고 깨끗하고 직원들도 나름 친절함
하지만 주변 조용한 시내 같음 밤문화를 찾으려면 별도로 나가야 함
프놈펜 자체가 볼 거리가 많지는 않음
호텔 정문에 대형 슈퍼가 있는데 술담배 매우 쌈
호텔 조식도 나름 괜찮음
