Had a room with no window, but that was fine as we were sparred from the hectic traffic noise outside. Bed was comfortable, fast internet and unlimited free bottled water. Staff was good and arranged Vietnamese Visas for us... price was cheaper than other travel agencies. Plenty of nice cheap restaurants right outside!
