Good staff

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
7.3
It is located just riverside and there are many good restaurants around, so it's very convenient.

Good for a cheaper stay

Friendly staff, good location, easy to get to the airport.

The hotel was OK but I probably wouldn't stay there again. We were given a room without a window which was OK for a couple of nights but I wouldn't have stayed any longer. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Good location met expectations

Location, Staff, Comfortable Bed
8.3
Stayed a few nights at this centrally located (riverfront) budget hotel. Had a room with no window, but that was fine as we were sparred from the hectic traffic noise outside. Bed was comfortable, fast internet and unlimited free bottled water. Staff was good and arranged Vietnamese Visas for us... price was cheaper than other travel agencies. Plenty of nice cheap restaurants right outside!

Terrrible stay away

Leaving Leaving Leaving

The room we had was disgustingly dirty. My Partner spent the first 20 minutes cleaning the toilet of faeces and hair. The room lets light in with some windrows with no covers and the noise from the main road is exasperating. Loud trucks and horns tooting 24/7.This is the worst room we have had in 8 years travelling throughout Asia and we would never stay here again. We left after the first night. Customer service could also improve. This is the first time I have left negative feedback about a hotel and I have stayed in some fairly average ones but this by far is the worst.

Nothing works

There are no good things here

Air conditioning broke down and they were unable to do anything about it. Staff said at least I had a fan. Small comfort as I sweated through the night with no sleep and had no choice but to check out the next day. Now hotel procrastinating over reimbursing costs. Do not stay at this poorly run dirty hotel.

Noisy,not very clean, great staff

Location, staff, close to restaurants

Very average, probably could have got a cheaper place but with a higher standard. Staff were very helpful when it came to recommending sightseeing and restaurants. Probably wouldn't stay there again mainly because the shower wasn't clean, fridge was off and there was nothing in the mini bar, very noisy being on the main drag as we'll it was one night.

Great location

accessible, huge rooms and friendly staff

The hotel is in a prime location along Sisowath Quay. Within walking distance of the Royal Palace, National Museum, Wat Ounalom and even the night market. The room I booked was located at the back, it was huge, clean and nice. Good value for money.

Best budget hotel overlooking river

Helpful Staff
8.3
We loved Phnom Penh and staying at this hotel made the time enjoyable and hitch free. All rooms have DVD players which is great to catchup on movies since we had been travelling for 3 months! The rooms don't have windows which did not bother us because its so hot you want a/c comfort, plus if you want the view just step outside. We upgraded to the balcony room and to be honest we hardly used the balcony and the room always felt a bit hot as the balcony doors let in the warm outside air. If you want to stay in a budget place that caters for budget and those who want a colonial feel you cannot go wrong here. Also, if you are planning to goto Vietnam, get the staff to book you on the 8.30am Mekong Express Limousine Bus which was really good, and make sure you sit in front or middle of bus.
