Hotel was poor
the hotel was not what I expected

it is a hotel I would not use again the matress on the bed was in a terrible state would not ask anybody to sleep on it. the breakfast in morning was was just about eatable and towards the end on the trip they run out of things to have and you had to ask them to fill the trays up. I would not use this hotel again.

there are 2 blocks. block a is a better place to stay with good wifi connection. block b is the older unit and the wifi hopeless.
easy to get around. from the hotel frontage, turn left goes to the food stalls, pubs, riverside, also the museum and palace. turn right you head for central market and sorya shopping mall.
value for money.

10-15 min walk from the main backpacker area close to the river which means it is a quieter hotel than others. Small but comfortable room. Clean bathroom and towels. Disappointing breakfast.

Not a good choice. It's quite expensive comparing to other cheap hotels and it's not worth it. The only good point is location and quite decent breakfast. The wireless connection is extremely slow and disconnecting every 2min - even the access point was near the room. This was reported to staff but they didn't do anything to fix it.

Chinese style hotel, but clean and well prepared. Rooms are not to big - all necessary equipment available.
Single Internet-Terminal in lobby, which did not work.
Great location if you arrive by bus, walking distance (15 min.) into center.
Market with nightlife and nice restaurants directly in road 154 available!

Windowless room but nice bed, good aircon and good bathroom. Nice Reception staff.Handy location near St 51 nightspots, Sorya shopping mall and food.For me, easy walking to Riverfront. Pleasant staff granted a late checkout for airport, gratis. Thanks.Cheery cleaning staff appreciated.
Food Tip: evening homemade Thai / Khmer by lovely Thai lady, Tiger, at Passion Chef , look walk directly ahead of hotel steps at end through Golden Sorya Mall on right b4 near Pontoon. Phad Thai, green curry, BBQ etc cheap, wholesome and served with smiles, cold beer and wine. Tell her you read Peters note.
