Various staff kept calling to confirm check out timing and transport pick up to airport timing
The night before checking out date, the reception staff had called to confirm on my check out and pick up time as I've arranged for hotel transport to the airport. I had then requested for late check out at 3pm since my flight was at 6pm. Staff noted. Ten mins later another staff called again to advise latest check out timing they can extend is till 2pm which I'm fine with that. On actual day, another staff called in the morning around 8.15 to ask about check out time and pick up time. Again, I've told them on the request of late check out at 2pm. Later at noon around 1.35pm, a stern looking gentleman wearing a suit with a stack of checklist came knocking at my door asking what time am I checking out and what time would I like to be picked up?!! Ridiculously irritating, despite me advising them so many times. It seems like there is no proper handling over and record when there is transition of team. Or maybe this is one of the tatic employed to chase guest away to check out earlier. Room looks old and run down. Had a small cut on my finger thanks to a broken rubber casket at mid-section of the shower glass door. Will definitely be my last time staying!

location and plenty of restaurants should you choose to eat in the hotel
It was fine but i did not realise it was so big (my fault not yours) I did not like the smell of . cigarette smoke on our floor but apart from that the staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.

Stay was pleasant, our rooms were upgraded because we had to wait extra 1 hour for housekeeping to tidy up. View of the river was splendid. Would love the Rooms to be upgraded as they are well aged.
