stunningly big and beautiful hotel
the room was so comfortable and big and lovely bed ever
8.7
the hotel was lovely with nice staff, but unfortunately we stayed at christmas time and the pool was under construction i found this very disappointing as this is one of the main reasons we had choosen to stay here. and even tho the restaurants were beautiful and food was delicious were when to an expensive buffet for christmas dinner and they ran out of turkey so we couldn't even have a christmas dinner, i know the hotel is more asian than western but if it's advertised then i expected to get it otherwise we could have gone to any other restaurant in town. 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops.

Not 5 star standard
Good breakfast buffet, friendly guest relations and concierge desk
5.3
Why this hotel did not live up to 5 star billing - poor lighting in our room where also there were carpet tacks (painful) sticking up at the seam of carpet and floor, guest relations desk had no one dollar bills (cash cannot possibly be an issue in a hotel which has a casino and is 5 star), swimming pool and fitness centre not open yet however you could only use sauna/steam/jacuzzi in spa if you were having a treatment, smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter from street, "free" wifi was only available in lobby and was extremely poor compared with the wifi at, for example, Choeng Ek killing fields. How does that happen? If you want gambling and things that come with it this hotel is fine, otherwise needs many improvements to be 5 star.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are going to killing fields, don't bother hiring a guide as there is a very complete audio tour included with your admission.

The front desk staff and concierge staff are very kind and helpful. The lobby there are too many smokers, it is not comfortable for non smoking people.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Lovely Room, Great Services, Good Restaurants
9
Hotel is situated above a casino. Service is good but expect to pay tips for almost every help you were given. The breakfast was good but the place was overcrowded. It took us almost 30 minute of waiting time before we could get a seat. The hotel has some really good restaurants at the 2nd floor, though with high price tag. The casino is smoking zone.

Great location but worst service for a five star
6
For a five star hotel there is absolutely no service. Nobody to welcome you at the hotel front door or help you with the luggages etc. When you try to get transport to leave the hotel, nobody can help you as all the staffs at the entrance can't speak English. They have touters at the entrance instead who will over charge you for any form of transportation, unless you use the hotel one whose charge is double that compare to market rate. Best alternative is to walk out of the hotel compound and get one from the street yourselves.
Casino at every corner, even some restaurants have to go through Casino first.
Eye-opener for the children.

Great busy hotel!
Lots of amazing resturants!
9.7
Alot of fun spent xmas day there and was really pleased good quality for a little price, and theres plenty of entertainment constaintly, its on the new island of phnom penh right near river front! Only downside wifi wasnt working well and it being xmas day was a bit rubish as you want to talk to your family! But thats all also drinks in bar are high your better of buying beer from the stalls outside! And brining it in a little cheeky but worth it!!
Travel tip:
Get beer from outside! As your paying triple the price for one!!

Value for money if you are inte gambling.
Nice rooms, but a bit off where the happening is.

Very nice personell, but they have to improve their english in general. We lost a handbag in a tuktuk and everyone was very helpful but had not been trained to take care of foreigners who need to report a case to the police.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Not much to do but gamble away your money. No pool, no gym.
