Beautiful hotel room and great service
Many types of restaurant in hotel with endless entertainment 24hrs.
9.7
Strongly recommend this hotel for all business traveller because of its location and international restaurant within the hotel itself. Everybody and taxis know this hotel in Phnom Penh no problem for transportation outside the area. Many types of cuisine available in the hotel; Asian and western. Service staff are very helpful and polite when dealing with guests. Endless entertainment in the evening.
Nightlife Tip:
One of the best lounge and karaoke club in Phnom Penh in is this hotel.

Average room and Overcrowded
Location, Tasty breakfast
5
Nagaworld is one of the 5 star hotels in Phnom Penh, I dont understand how it has been rated as 5 stars because it has no swimming pool, no gym, no non-smoking rooms (we asked for a non-smoking room because we were travel with young kids, they simply said "Sorry, all rooms are smoking")
The rooms are nice and big, overlooking the river and an amusement park. The breakfast was tasty,
If you don't mind smokers everywhere, noise, smelly. then NagaWorld is probably OK

We booked this hotel as it was new and we thought would be ok.
It was though a rather downmarket property masquerading as a 5 star outlet.
The place doesn't have any Non-Smoking rooms (I am allergic to smoke)and an ash cloud settled over you as soon as you entered the hotel. The 'No Guns' in-room notice was also rather worrying, not that we had any...but obviously others may have.
There was no gym or pool...and while the staff tried their best the mostly uncouth gambler guests left much to be desired.
Breakfast was a farce as overworked staff fought to cope with diners whose manners left most sadly wanting. Again, smoking was allowed - though most presumably go to eat not sit in an ash-tray ...and I saw one man stroll along the buffet offerings, cigarette in mouth, as ash flicked over the food ...gross. He should have been removed...but was ignored. The toast was tasteless, as was most of everything on offer.
As if the constant noise from the gambling area wasn't bad enough...the hotel is opposite a fun-fair that blasted out an annoying din for hours every night.
Never again will we choose a casino hotel...all too much. Beware!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Toinee-Sip area is lively and buzzing with people, restaurants and shops.

A business type hotel!
International standard room features
6
We were disappointed when were told that every room is a smoking room. Please consider you business for non smokers and non gamblers!
The room we stayed has international 5 star standard, except the smell of cigarettes . The front desk staff are like robots, you need to smile more guys to stay atop on this business!
Tok tok are not allowed to pick us up, so we have walk outside even we have arranged one! Obviously, they pay more attention to business clientele . It's a nice hotel without warm feeling, romance!

Everything you would expect from a modern 3-4 star hotel. The only down side is that it can get noisy throughout the night, due to the casino entertainment at the ground floor.

room is a value for money
8.7
This hotel is currently undergoing upgrading and thus, my river view is blocked by a huge construction ladder. Slow and unstable internet connection as the network is overloaded. Front desk is a mess because their comprehension of English is rather poor.
Restaurant Tip:
cross the bridge to Diamond City World for gourment feast!

Great location with good size room
8.3
the location is very good for going sight-seeing and shopping with lots of tricycle taxis standing by.
the room was big and clean but one disadvantage was the absence of wifi connection in the room.
Restaurant Tip:
There are abundance of choice for food. The prices of alcoholic drinks are reasonable too.
