Great location and casino but small rooms
7.3
This hotel has a great location and casino but most rooms are very small comparing with 5 star hotels.
Nightlife Tip:
Because rooms are lack of facilities, you should spend your night time on visiting the casino at the ground floor.

The Hotel with Fantastic Entertainment Facilities
8.3
The hotel is ideal for the people who enjoy the night life, especially for those who enjoy to try their luck. The hotel is also very close to the Diamond Island Exhibition Centre. However, the hotel is currently under renovation. For those people who request very quite environment, it is not suggested to stay at this hotel for now until the renovation is done.

A real Casino
Rooms are fine and of intl standard.
6.7
The location is good, the rooms are fine but the gambling is all over the place and the ground and mezzanine floor are noisi. Breakfast buffet is ok but not the service. It is fighting for a table because nobody will lead you.
I had quite a good meal in the Italian restaurant but it is open to the noise of the band and gamblers.

Nice rooms, amusing hotels but no stores around
Full of entertainment, casino, never sleeps
7.7
i like staying in this hotel, the rooms are quite convenient, bathrooms too. housekeeping does change the linens and everything according to our request. they're doing renovations but the noise is only in the afternoon.
the breakfast was ok, other restaurants are also ok. the hotel is crowded and full of entertainment, perhaps you don't want to stay here if you bring along underage kids with you since it has a casino. other than that, my stay here was great. i would stay here again if i were to go to phnom penh again.

The hotel is only for casino purpose, not suited to business traveler. Everywhere smelled smoking. They dont provide non smoking rooms. If you want to visit Phnom Penh and want to travel for pleasure, not gambling, not recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Pochoentong Restaurant close to the airport is recommended.

A fun atmosphere and plenty of choice
8.3
This was a business trip but I managed to combine some sightseeing and a little flutter at the same time. The hotel facilities are great, the only downside is the fact that there didn't seem to be any no-smoking rooms, however that did not detract from the experience. I would definitely consider staying here again. The staff were very helpful and sorted out a minor problem at check in very quickly and without any fuss.

Large hotel ideal for gamblers
Good choice of restaurants
4.7
Disappointing finish to our trip. Bad choice of hotels.
Smoking aloud in all restaurants. Staff on front desk
Were only ones which smiled. No gym. Definitely not
A family hotel!
