This time my room was not prepared upon check in. Imagine to your horror when you open your door, the bed is not made and has leftover remnants from the previous guest. The internet connection wasn't great. After a complain email from my blackberry the manager apologized and sent a fruit basket up to make it up.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
La Residence is a good French restaurant you should try.

spent just 1 night, but overall experience is good except i did not have the access internet as the lan port in my room was not working. surprisingly, there is no wifi in the rooms.
staff are very polite and helpful and buffet is good with multiple asian food.

It is ok if you are going out for the day but impossible to be in the room with the pounding going on all day.....

I love staying at the NagaWorld Hotel. This was my second time because I was so impressed with the first time. The casino is perfect, not too crazy but not too quiet. The set up at the casino is fun. While sometimes it is hard to find a chair to sit on, I feel like this would happen anywhere. The staff are very friendly. The beds are so comfy and the rooms are a good size whether you have a big group or a small group. The location is great. People will have a hard time trying to get me to stay anywhere else. Only thing missing from the hotel is a swimming pool!
Nightlife Tip:
Go to any Ktv (Karaoke) for the fun nightlife.
