It's a great stay the rooms are comfortable and clean but the focus of the hotel is the casinos, it would be more suited in Vegas rather than Cambodia, but overall the place is great if somewhat crazy

i came back to stay at nagaworld again after went to try another hotel. everything is good as i used to see. the disappointed point is no wifi in the room but you can access it at the lobby (only lan in the room). the best thing for this hotel is about the food, personally i found the food here the most tasty i took in phnom penh (but i stayed only 4 days for the trip). will be back again.

i'm satisfied with the hotel. it takes only few minutes to make a check in. hotel staff is also nice and has a good service mind. the best thing of this hotel is the food! i found so variety choice of food in the hotel, chinese, korean, japanese, asian and european food (with different restaurant, around 6-7 restaurants) i stayed in 3 hotels in cambodia during 1 week and i can say that the food at this hotel is the best of my trip. the negative comment for the hotel is the room rate is too expensive.

I have stayed here the past three years and can begin to see that the Chinese Junket Tours have taken their toll. In my last visit I had to change rooms because there were MUSHROOMS growing between the wall and the CARPET! Amazing! That meant these things were there for at least two weeks! The cleanliness was doubtful. I was switched by the manager who would not believe I had mushrooms in the room. The second room was great. Still a lot of SLOW renovation going on for a year now and no end in sight. BUT, the internet is fast and that is a real plus for me as I need to communicate.

tut tut ( taxi ) everywhere at anytime therefore getting around to all the great night spot is never so easy. beside that the hotel have just as much spotlight of its own...great coffee house, chinese restaurant, italian restaurant....and even a casino. room was clean and the service excellent.

the room we stayed has nice sea view,friendly staffs,happened to be their new year day and we watched fireworks comfortably in our rooms,good spread of breakfast,wifi easily access at lobby however,it would be good if applicable in room.
night falls and we can play in casino for a few cards games,
very relax for those who wants to distress to visit the spa at the hotel.
