Standard 4* hotel with a noisy casino

i have stayed in this hotel several times in the last years. It becomes more and more crowded each time I come and this time I must say the hotel lobby has turned to be like a train station. So many people going and coming regardless day or nigh time. Because of the casino.
It means also much more noisy.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not choose the rooms facing the road. You will hear the music fron the entertainment center across the road all the day and night. I mean the drum, not the music itself!

for a hotel in cambodia, for the price, there's really nothing to complain about this hotel. the location was well located near to sisowath quay, which is the heart of the city. food wise, anywhere nearby, you'll be able to find a nice eatery. one tip is to try our the shabu shabu buffet right next to nagaworld. for the mere $7.90, you can have all you want to eat. it's in steamboat style, with free flow of sushi, and cooked dishes. for the breakfast buffet, you have so much selection. interesting to know some kids out there have nothing to eat. facilities in the room is relatively simple, but, they have a huge bed.

Nice hotel with attached casino

this is a large casino complex, with hotel attached. so there is a lot of casino activity on the ground floor (which did not worry us in higher levels, so may be wise to ask for higher room if you are uneasy about noise problems.) there are many restaurants, but the casino entertainment can at times be intrusive. engaged in a conference, we needed to be up very early each day, and so missed the buffet breakfast (which started at 630 am); the hotel provided a fairly ordinary box breakfast - on one occasion very reluctantly. we were surprised they did not have a better solution, but weren't really geared to business travellers. overall, this is a good place to stay if you like casino-like entertainment (or even gambling), and acceptable if you are not. there is an amusement park opposite the hotel, with ferris wheel. we did not sample these.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk (or take a tuk tuk) along the river to Sisowath quay, where there are lots of nice restaurants. You will pass the lovely Grand Palace on the way, as well as the National Museum.

great location & you could easily get taxi in the main door. the hotel provide free breakfast with numerous in variety. but the lobby is too noisy every night because of the casino and singing performance.

as a business traveler, i find only two negatives:
1. because there is a casino at the lobby level, the lobby is too busy. no quiet corner to work or have a chat.
2. no wifi in the rooms, only in the public areas.
