Everything was really good. I have nothing to critisize at all. Let me say that I book very often through AGODA. Prior from 4.-6. March I booked in Hengyang (China) the Hudu Hotel but I did not take it because the city is a 8 million people complex and was for my duties absolutely unpractical. Would you mind please and not charge me for those 3 nights if possible? I had no idea that for my job it was really not possible to sleep there. Pklease confirm what you are doing. The hotel was a short walk from three bus stations so a big plus. It is in excellent condition with breakfast included and good free internet service. It was a short walk from the central market and near the well equipped Bayon Supermarket. Despite being on a busy road there was no disturbing noise.

Very disappointing. First of all they put us in a Room with no Windows. We manage to change the Room but it was very noisy coz it was near the elevator and we could hear people taking it.
Apparently the Room was clean but when we were sleeping on the bed we felt itchy, Maybe some kind of small insect biting us.
Breakfast was the worst i have ever seen. Dry scrambled eggs, dry ham and some noodles.
The staff didnt speak any english.
And they were very anoying offering tuk tuk all the time.
We had booked 2nights but we just stayed one.
It was far away from Main attractions and restaurants of the city.

Definitely a nice place to consider when in Pnom Penh
Note that breakfast is nice, although the chaffing dishes are too warm that the bottom part of the food served seemed dry/burnt
