Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

nice looking hotel, it looks like a 5 star hotel
There was a rat in the lobby
There was a rat in the lobby, this rat was the size of a cat and when we complained we were told that they knew they had RATS in the air con ducts but that they didn't want to put down poison as it would smell. This was very disappointing as it was not a cheap hotel, I would never go back here and I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there, from what we saw of the city, there are other lovely hotels there.

free breakfast was especially good.
garbage place next to the hotel building
Most of all, I liked the way of making reservation for the hotel I needed in Phnom Penh through Agoda. I think it is the easiest and fastes way to do so in the world. The service and cleaness of the Phnom Penh hotel was quite good and surpassed my expectation. The hotel was at the center of the city, so you can easily reach any place you want to see within 30 minutes. The most fascinating thing about this hotel is that the free breakfast they offer is fantastic. Now, I recommend you to try this hotel. Good luck!

Nice decor and friendly service.
Expensive internet access.
The hotel reminisce those old fashion hotels with a large lobby and a big staircase, The rooms are also decorated following that old fashion style with big heavy drapes and lots of wood.
My standard room was comfortable and clean. The service is great, room service was good and fast. My only complaint is the limited access to internet. I was charged $5 US dollars for 100 minutes of internet access in contracts with unlimited free internet access in much cheaper hotels in the area.

Set in landscaped gardens in the heart of the Phnom Penh City on the Monivong Boulevard, the hotel is close to Ministries, Embassies and within a short distance to the famous City Landmark, Wat Phnom Pagoda, and the renowned shopper's paradise Psar Thmei (know as the Central Market). Just a short drive from the hotel is Chrouy Changvar Bridge, where close to a hundred restaurants serving a variety of local and foreign cuisines forms a unique sight and only 8 Km or 10 minute drive from the Phnom Penh International and Domestic Airport.
