Sub standard sleazy hotel

This hotel is poorly maintained. l have to change room 3 times before l finally managed to get a room where the air conditioner worked． Even that the air cond was not very cold, The shower head was spoilt and so water was shooting in more than one directions, The TV remote control did not have a back cover and was held together by a rubber band．
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located at Kampuchea Krom Road and if you walk right to the end of it, you will see the Central Market,

Very Basic

i cannot believe how the two front office staff (one guy, one lady) do not know that there is a postal office right on the road next to the hotel. i asked them, said they did not know, so i went to the far away post office at wat phnom on a very hot day. when i came back, i saw that cambodia post is just 20 steps away from the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
if you like karaoke, there is a big karaoke club right in the same building
