Clean rooms, nice bathroom. 8 Cheap hotel, near the river in striking distance of the night market and many restaurants. Rooms are clean, spacious and with a nice bathroom. Friendly staff, however staff can t speak english.
Piyanut W. Solo travelers Thailand, August 11, 2012	New Clean Cheap nearly wat phanom and river 8.7 It's new and so clean. This price so cheap because i got A/C, hot water, two bed. But no lift(I live in 4th floor). Water not flow but it's same other hotel(i stay 3 hotel in Phnom Penh). I can walk to Wat Phanom in 2 minute and walk to river and night market in 3 minute. Staff can speak English a little but they listen to and try to answer my question(Although i find the answer by myself) Restaurant Tip: Don't miss beef grill 3-5$ nearly Wat Ounalom. With Beer is good taste . It's open in evening.
Martin H. Solo travelers Australia, May 14, 2012	Favourite Hotel Value 9.3 Before this hotel was listed on Agoda I had already stayed here for over a month. I walk from this hotel to riverside dayly. The staff don't talk a lot of english but are good none the less. The rooms have a working air con and free wifi. I used to pay 10dols for a double it is now 12 but still very good value. As the word gets out this place gets booked out more and I fear the prices will continue to rise. This hotel has 3 floors and no elevator, I like the view from the 3rd floor but the stairs do not please everyone. Nightlife Tip: 104street (the cavern bar) is often my 1st stop for the day. This is an English speaking bar with good food that is an oasis from all the girlie bars in 104st. It is about a 2min walk from the Rithy Heng Hotel
