My stay was extremely good. I like the style of this hotel , feels like you are just at home. Lots of restaurants and bars around the place but not too noisy , I must say you can still sleep good coz hotel is too nice and comfortable Definitely stay here again..

We loved this hotel! From the outside we were a little apprehensive but as we walked up the stairs to our room we were very pleasantly surprised! There are complaints that there is no elevator but we stayed on the 1st floor so walking up one flight of stairs is no big deal. Our room was big and beautiful! Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom was awesome, and the breakfast was a voucher at the restaurant next door which is a great concept for the hotels that don't serve their own food! The hotel is right across from the night market and right next to the river which has tons of restaurants and shops to peruse! It is also right across from where all of the buses depart so if you are taking a bus to Siem Reap or any other location you don't have to deal with a tuk-tuk. If we go back to Phnom Penh we will 100% stay here again!

It is one of the nice Boutique hotels I have stayed in. Very clean, nicely maintained and very friendly staff. Loved the location, just opposite to the night market and next to the riverside. Breakfast options are limited though.

Great hotel located right on the River and fairly central to nightlife as well as sight seeing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go during the dry season. Monsoon season in Cambodia (i'm told) can be quite miserable. Hotel 108 was perfect for me as I'm a 24 year old based out of Singapore just wanting to experience new things. It is good in Phnom Penh to have a travel buddy but even those nights that I did end up walking back to the hotel alone I never felt uneasy. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied not only with the hotel but with the country itself!

it seems to be located in the area of western people gathering so that there are lots of bars and clubs. as the name shows, it's by the river. the hotel staff are kind and considerate. besides, the wifi provided with stable signal and high speed.
