Big room, big balcony, big bathroom.

Huge room with comfortable couch incorporating a chaise longue. Bed was good. If you want freezing air con, this does not have it. I was comfortable, particularly with the fans going. Blinds do not exclude all light. There is a little ambient noise, but it didn't really worry me (PP is a noisy city). Huge balcony with river views. Breakfast to the room or at La Croisette, just across the street, was high quality with a wide choice. For PP, the value was about right. No lift, but staff will help.

Among the most of hotels in center of PP - Riverside area, this is the top ranked hotel as I know. Convenience, kindness of hotel staffs, and location. The room I prefer is large suite room facing the river park, maybe the second floor have better view. Breakfast is always delivered from the restaurant in front of the hotel which is good volume and quality.

We enjoyed our three day stay at the Riverside Suites. The breakfast every morning was very good and the room was comfortable with a great view of Sisowath Quay and the Mekong River. We liked the central location and easy access to key Phnom Penh tourist sites.

Huge, luxurious suites with enormous balconies

This hotelier perfectly located in the riverside area of PP, within walking distance to many of its best restaurants and bars. I booked a deluxe balcony room. The room was well-appointed, tastefully decorated, huge, has a large modern bathroom and a very large balcony directly overlooking the river. The room comes with a safe for personal belongings, free wifi and a very comfortable bed. The hotel has no dining facility, but breakfast is free across the street at a very good French restaurant. Breakfast is rather limited, but large and excellently prepared. The staff at Riverside Suites is engaging, pleasant and very helpful. The only down-side to this hotel is the lack of a lift. With an upper floor room, you could get exhausted with the stairs.

Basic hotel, not worth the price

The room's air-conditioner was small and insufficient to cool the whole room, hence they gave us a portable air-conditioning unit which was quite useless since it blew out hot air from it's back. The Junior Suite that we were in barely had any view of the river (it was directly facing the block of apartments). There was no lifts in the hotel and we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 3rd level. For the price that we paid, it was not worth it at all, luckily for us, we were only staying in the hotel for 1 night. We also went to visit the Royal Palace as was suggested to us by the front desk, however when we got there, it was the King's birthday and more than half of the palace was closed off. The front-desk failed to inform us of this when they suggested going to the palace. It wasted our time as we had to rush through our other itinerary as we only had limited time before our flight back home. Perhaps the only thing satisfactory was the breakfast which you could have delivered to your room.

You may be "shocked" when you see the main entrance of the hotel, but when you stepped in, you are welcomed with friendly and warm staff. Telling you everything about the hotel and the surroundings and attractions nearby. Room is very comfy, large and clean! Absolutely worth for money! Definitely will come back again!!!
