the staff could be better trained to handle tourist information and have basic customer service skills.
the hotel rooms could have been better equipped with fresher bath towels and a kettle.
the wireless internet connection in the room needs to be strengthened.
the pick up service from the bus station could have been complimentary.
breakfast was simple but satisfactory.

The international cuisine (Italian, German, Indian, Vietnamese) in Phnom Penh served excellent food

A nice hotel at reasonable price

I stayed for 3 days and I found the hotel to be very nice and the staff very friendly. The diningroom is great with photos of many famous Hollywood movie stars on the wall. Excellent breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk along the river and have a drink or dinner at dusk at the FCC (Foreign Correspondance club) over looking the river.

Decent hotel for the money
Close to the busy tourist street, but away from all noise.

The hotel is simple yet clean. It has a good bathroom. The restaurant is decent. They also arrange to buy boat and bus tickets for you.
Hotel Feature Tip:
When entering your room, an employee will escort you. Check the mini bar making sure that everything is there because there was an error with our mini bar and we didn't know until checkout time.

great hotel, good value, however, its away from town and riverside, but tuk tuks and motobikes at front of hotel. professional and friendly staff, free wifi everywhere in the hotel and restaurant. reasonably priced menu in restaurant. lots of other restaurants within walking distant, also some great massage (not the naughty kind) places around. free breakfast included in price.

We are quite lucky that the hotel upgrade room for us. Free Wifi and clean. many massage shop and small supermarket in walking distrance. It convenient to have the restaurant down stair,otherwise we have to dinner at riverside everynight.
it's convenient to go the diamond island.Their staff are friendly with smile.It's not so noicy.
Restaurant Tip:
if you love thai food, you can go to the riverside. the restaurant name Chiangmai Riverside. and also, u can find chinese meal at Nagaworld Hotel.

room is spacious with great internet access. staffs are friendly and helpful. overall, the hotel is clean except the unpleasant smell from the coffee house which irritates my nose everytime i took the lift to my room. for those whose on a budget trip, this hotel is recommended.
Shopping Tip:
must go the russian market. cheap and nice things can be found.
