It is a good hotel, good location with near to some attraction points. Next to the hotel a lot of massage and spy shop that can let you relax before go to bed. Good WiFi!

Lovely Hotel for budget travelers

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. 1st impression, hotel look small from outside but when we enter our room, the room is big with huge bathroom equip with bath tub and toiletries. However hotel did not provide coffee making facilities. You have to request for the kettle and bring your own coffee packet...Hotel location not far from main tourist attraction and can be reach with tut tut with $2 one way...
Shopping Tip:
Ask for cheaper price...if the shop ask for $15, bargain up to $9!!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of hotel considering the cost. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful, offer good breakfast. The bedrooms had 4 poster beds in and the rooms are very spacious with free wifi and good tv selection.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a tuk tuk to the waterfront and try the many waterfront restaurants, blue pumpkin chain on front serving the best best ice-creams and snacks around,

This Hotel is located abit far from Town, but you can take tuk tuk ard USD2-3 into town.
But hotel charge me quite expensive for hotel transfer, is around usd20 for just 30 mins.

It was so and so.........

we booked 4 rooms but then 1 of the room was infested with roaches which are seen only during the night time.

Fair hotel with good services

comfort with my family. hotel locate near centre so easy go around and visit many famous place. restaurant, convenience store, spa, massage... also near hotel so we can relax and buy something. it a good hotel with fair price and service not bad. ah, it near nagaworld, the casino and hotel five start very famous. we can walk to nagaworld and visit river beside this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel have fair price and service. You should stay here if you don't have a any choice. Hotel near centre and famous place. But in the night, you shouldn't pick up a girl in this place. It not safe for you, you will be loss money or something.

the staff could be better trained to handle tourist information and have basic customer service skills.
the hotel rooms could have been better equipped with fresher bath towels and a kettle.
the wireless internet connection in the room needs to be strengthened.
the pick up service from the bus station could have been complimentary.
breakfast was simple but satisfactory.
Restaurant Tip:
The international cuisine (Italian, German, Indian, Vietnamese) in Phnom Penh served excellent food

Rooms no windows. Bit far from centre

Ok if you don't mind walking, but otherwise could be a bit far for some. Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast not up to much. We booked 2 double Rooms, but when we arrived one room was a Twin. When we asked they said Fully Booked.!! although we booked back in July/August.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Blazing Trails Quad Bikes. Fantastic. 1hr 30 mins driving around the real Cambodia.
