Charming hotel south of main tourist area

A charming and comfortable hotel located to the south of the main tourist area nearby various embassies and government offices. We only stayed overnight so only sampled an individually prepared breakfast and it was excellent. Our room was spacious but unfortunately, we didn't have time to swim in the decent sized garden swimming pool. On the down side, the hotel was quite hard to find and we were disturbed by barking dogs during the night.

Great hotel with wonderful swimming pool

Nice and quit hotel with a wonderful swimming pool. Nice rooms and good breakfast. There is always a personal tuktuk available that brings you to the pub area or restaurants. The driver wait for you as long as needed and the cost is only 8 us$
The Vietnam visa center is just around the corner.

Feels like home, or better than home : Charming !!

The hotel is absolutly great, it is quiet and relaxing, about 10mn tuktuk from the city center !!!
You really get A feel like home sense, .... Nicolas, the owner is so nice and helpful (bus tickets, restaurants choice, tuk tuk service, everything you need , he can helps and moreover he is a really nice and interesting person)
When you get to the villa, you have a fruit juice welcoming drink, you can have a pick up from Bus station which is handy, the decoration of the villa is very artistic, traditional style whereas the house is contemporan style.
The breakfast is good, the swimming pool is stunning , fresh and clean, ... I mean we really love it !!! Dont hesitate if you want a relax time there in PPenh

The rooms are big and confortable, the bathrooms also are brand new, that is very plaisant to stay there

Samara villa is not so far from the city center. on the door way there are some tutu car, so it's convenience to go to everywhere.
in the villa, I like the breakfast and beautiful swimming pool.

Really enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel is small but has a lovely relaxed feel to it with the owner being personable and approachable. The location is somewhat far from the main attractions, i.e. museum, palace, waterfront area but not too far to become an issue at all. Tuk-tuk takes 5-10 mins which is quite a nice little ride to take in what's going on around the city. Nice pool and breakfast can be taken in the room for no extra charge. Would go back.

Nice place to stay and had a friendly host who spoke very clear English. Unfortunately the hotel was not very close to the main tourist attracts and required a taxi or tuk tuk for any travel.
