The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a tiny bar in buffet style. In General, the C/P value is very good. I will definately choose this hotel if I travel in Phnom Penh again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked in our room. The breakfast was OK and is slightly different each day. The location is perfect to explore the restaurants and bars in the tourist part of Phnom Penh.

We booked through Agoda so the check in was smooth and efficient. They gave us a room on the 4th floor ( why do they give us older ones rooms on the high floors??? ) The room had two single beds so they took us down one floor and we got a double bed after asking. This was no trouble. The bed and room was really comfortable. Breakfast was simple but had two or three hot choices. The location is excellent, close to markets, nightlife, restaurants, major attractions etc. for the price this hotel is extremely good value. We highly recommend it. PS it does have an elevator!
