The friendly hotel

we stay in this hotel about four nights, after we had check in than we ask for the hotel staff to more information for this few days holiday in Phnompehn, whats such a good service than very clear information to us, that we can spend our holiday there. He arranges the tuktuk for one day city tour, bus to Siem Reap. and also ask tour guide in Siem Reap for us. Hotel, transport to angkorwat, cultural village, nite market, etc.. Really very friendly even we spend USD there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Siem Reap most popular n crowded than Phnompenh, So must go to Siem Reap for those who likes adventure.

clean,simple room. good for rest relax stay but can be better. Should enhance with bigger television screen and better bed! i couldn't get the queen or king size bed as requested. even i was given a 1 bedroom with 2 single bed when i'm staying alone! the reason i book 3 rooms for 4 persons: my parents (suppose to be in a room),me (1room),and my brother (1room) but we end up with 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and another 2 rooms with 2 single bedroom! and for that i was charged another USD 10 for additional 1 person as 4persons but booked 3 person@3rooms. we end up 5 beds but they only allow 3persons.
Travel tip:
dont really find anything really attractive nearby other than the royal palace.

It is a good place in terms of being centrally located but it is in a more of a backpacker street location and several girly bars nearby so not so good for families. Staff are friendly and accommodating, overall was ok for what you pay.

I bring over in total 9pax & taking 1 big family room & 3 standard room, if you like to have family room pls select room number 501 which is another room 502 (only 2 family room) is facing sun explore very hot & heat during day time even the air-con is on full power.

Good, clean hotel in great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Silver River Hotel. We booked the Suite room which was actually 2 rooms with two bathrooms!! Great Value one room was upstairs and the kids were happy to stay there with there own TV! Breakfast was amazing with fresh omelets cooked for us when requested. The hotel staff were helpful but not pushy and didn't try to sell us tours etc whenever we came in!

lovely Hotel in a great location

we fully enjoyed our stay in the Silver River. Its just a few minutes from the Palace and the Museum and if you are looking for tasty little restaurants then you are definitely right here.
The Hotel is clean and the breakfast good and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again :)

location wise near the the famous mekong river . the bus stand is little far.

not a bad location plenty of restaurants and bars however rooms were small and we found hair on the floors when we checked in. There was also a strong smell of urine in the toilet. We did report this to the front desk and they said they would send someone up to clean again but when we returned there still seemed to be hair on the floor and the smell was still there. You could also hear the television from the next door room so the walls were quite thin. Our room looked out into a dirty alleyway. staff were pleasant. breakfast is provided however there are male and female toilets adjacent to the dining room with no door to the toilets so there is a strong smell that emanates from the toilets.

We booked 3 double standard room. Upon arriving, we've been serve by their MD itself. Welcome drink serve & 1 room has been ungrade to Suite Room with is double floor, good view of Mekong River. Tks to the MD & shall recomended to my friend & family.
