I stayed 2 nights on this hotel and enjoyed it. Good location near tourist area and clean room, yet my room was quite small. But big enough for solo traveler. And quiet room, so I could sleep late, which isn't easy in every hotel.
Average buffet breakfast.

Great location within walking distance of the national museum and the royal palace. Nightlife is just a walk down the street. The hotel is clean and nice.

It's a simple hotel. Location is near the quayside with many good restaurants, near the royal palace and nation museyum.. Value for money at only $40US per night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a tiny bar in buffet style. In General, the C/P value is very good. I will definately choose this hotel if I travel in Phnom Penh again.
