Lovely Boutique Hotel
Comfortable room and lovely pool view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and coffee was very good!

We enjoyed our stay at the Skyline Hotel. It was easy to get to most major attractions in the city, and great to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Lovely restaurant right across the street with terrific value for money.. The breakfast was just ok. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Rooms facing the pool are very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is situated near the Independence Monument, in a quiet side street. It has modern, clean, user-friendly rooms with internet, and the beds are very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is built round a courtyard garden, which has a lovely quiet swimming pool and a coffee shop that serves breakfast, small meals, great coffee and some other drinks. Internet works perfectly throughout the area.
The hotel is next to a gym and there are two lovely garden bar/restaurants nearby, one next to it and the other on the opposite side of the street. It's a short walk to the many restaurants in the area: on Sihanouk Boulevard, Streets 51, 278, 282, etc. The excellent Lucky Supermarket is a slightly longer hike (or ride) up Sihanouk Boulevard, where there are also some excellent shops.

we were lead to our room on the 2nd floor by friendly staff Dara but discovered the room to be in a mess left by the previous guest. not sure exactly why the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dara immediately bring us back to the lobby and reassign another room for us. we looked around and decided to stay put. cleanliness and comfort level is good, shower room is also above average. the only point that i would like to highlight is the interior of the kitchen cabinet where we found a loaf of bread that turned moldy. i supposed it was the previous guest who bought it and left it there but the staffs who cleaned up the room could have checked the cabinet and throw it away.
Shopping Tip:
there are a few markets around, unless you have too much time to spend all you need to do is to visit just one market. they literally sell the same things regardless of which market you go to. personally i would recommend Russian Market and forget about the rest. remember to bargain or simply walk away if they refused to give a discount.
