Smelt musty in corridors, shabby overall.

Bathroom small and worn, towels thin, TV didnt work properly, had to step over rubbish bag to get to pool which was mediocre.Tuk tuks didnt like going there as "far out".Food very Chinese, breakfast mediocre buffet.

room good. breakfast wonderful-lots of choices.

Breakfast only served until 0900! Pool area very dirty.

This hotel was very conveniant to Victory Monument as somewhere to tell the tuk tuk drivers where to find it. Not too far from Royal Palace either. Hotel staff very friendly and they allowed us to store our luggage free of chaege after we had checked out so we could go sightseeing before our flight out of Phnom Penh. I would reccomend this to all travellers here.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, free wifi, courteous staff

small toilet room with no bidet. A bit far from river side where main activities are.

The main disadvantage will be a distance from river side area where there are good and reasonable restaurants. Need to spend to and fro taxi fare every evening. Swimming pool is good. Breakfast, buffet style, will be the best selling point to our family. Variety of good food. Taxi fare there is also reasonable.

Travel tip : Make sure your motorbike taxi is in good shape.

good position!friendly staff

old building and uncorfortable rooms.

Both rooms were full of smoking smell, the next door room was very noisy as a casino but no staff concerned. Except rooms, the hotel has nothing more. The swimming pool is just for seeing. However, the staff is friendly. Just 5 mins on taxi, we can be at any famous tourist sport.

Personal muy amable

Mal situado, malas instalaciones, caro

Hotel muy mal situado con unas instalaciones que desde luego no valen el precio que se paga. En Siem Reap por el mismo precio estuvimos en un hotel de lujo y este deja mucho mucho que desear. La pisicina bastante sucia. No volviería. Eso sí, a su favor decir que el personal es muy amable. En otro rango de precio el hotel podría haber sido aceptable pero no con este precio. A lo sumo vale la mitad de lo que piden por la habitación.

Great value, very helpful staff, calm relaxing ambiance, comfortable rooms, stylish, spacious bathrooms, nice pool

The lunch and dinner buffets were good but a little pricey and the a la carte was a little limited. However, this wouldn't stop me from recommending the hotel highly.

Very helpful staff. They volunteered to provide a breakfast box (which was very good) when they heard we planned a 5 am start to see the sunrise over Angkor. We were also able to arrange a 5pm check out for a very reasonable $25 charge. Lots of dark wood, very restful ambiance, nice pool, good food. Great value. I would recommend.

The Tai Ming Plaza was great and for the price I am not sure we could have made a better choice. The staff was incredibly helpful with arranging tours to places were tour buses didn't go. They ever called numerous drivers to get us the best price and an English speaking driver. I highly recommend this hotel.

Shopping Tip : Many of the tuk tuk drivers waiting just on the corner will tell you that it is not safe to walk around the city but my wife and I had no problems and if you walk just down the street and around the corner you will find great little local stores and roadside shops where you can buy essentials like bottled water for about half the price as if you bought it in the main tourist drag. Another tip, buy some of the little yogurt drinks with the active cultures so you can eat whatever you want without getting sick. I was given that tip by a U.S. expat the day I started to get sick. I drank three and by the next morning I was feeling good again and eating everything that the guidebooks advised me against. The fresh fruit from street vendors is the best.

I would stay there again Guest Rating: 9
