Comfortable room
Nice area, comfortable room and reliable tuk tuk driver
8.3
The location probably not the best but the quality of the tuk tuk driver make up for it. Speak english a little bit, but easy to point where you want to go. The room is big and clean. Staff are helpful and always smiling.

Lovely hotel just hard to find
Pool, food and large room
7.3
We were upgraded apon our arrival which was good. There are no lifts so the stairs can be a killer. The pool was lovely lots of sun beds but not many in the sun. The staff were so helpful. Food was amazing lots to chose from. We have problems finding the hotel when ever we left for some reason we would end up on street 19 instead of street 252 number 19 so just make sure you Mae your self clear" although we pointed it out on a map one driver still couldn't find it. Every thing else was good

uncomfortable, no rules and procedures
2.7
the other thing, the staff asked me to leave room key before i went out. I asked why,
he said cleaner needs keys to clean my room. I felt very strange, and I was reluctant
but still left my room key to recep.
to give the key to the reception. when I came back that day, another reception staff
staff told me my safer password had been changed. how weird one day or me.

excellent value, good lcation
8.3
nice staff, not enough tables for breakfast on one morning as very busy.New rooms with great interiors. assistant manager, could not be more helpful.
signage could be improved as entry quite hidden and some drivers struggled to find in the dark

meals by the pool, in-room massages, friendly staff, easy transportation options, well-designed rooms, and a decent location make for this hotel to be a excellent base to explore the wonderful city of phnom penh. airport pick-up and drop-off services were perfect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a remorque or a cyclo and head out early. Sunset around the Independence Monument is quite an experience. The post office and railway station buildings are a good reflection of the colonial architecture.

Oasis in a busy city
Lovely, large rooms with balconies looking over a fantastic pool area right in the middle of Phnom Penh
7.7
Stepping through the gate of this hotel takes you out of the hot, dirty city and into a little oasis of calm. The lovely pool area has great lounges and plenty of trees...you wouldn't know you were right in the middle of Phnom Penh. The rooms are well decorated and very spacious with nice balconies
