The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa is the first 4-star hotel in Toul Tom Pong, a gradually fashionable district in southwest Phnom Penh. Peacefully located in a quiet street close to the Russian Market (Psa Toul Tom Pong), the hotel is beautifully decorated in tropical architect. The exterior offers beautiful gardens, two swimming pools and a fitness center at the rooftop, lounge a spa. It has more than 100 rooms with balconies including 67 superior and 54 deluxe rooms with both double and twin beds. They also have two suites with double beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and most are full-sized baths. Asian and Western food are both available 24 hours a day for room service. The 10-story hotel has two bars, a business center, banquet facilities and a meeting room capable of seating up to 130 people.

Groups Malaysia, May 18, 2013	Not too much value for money Nice breakfast and friendly staff but the Satay is something else... 6 Well. i felt that the rooms were small.. there was no cupboard and the air conditioning was not too great.. ando not ever eat their Satay (A Malaysian food - chicken/beef skewed in a stick, grilled and served with peanut sauce). Its a rip off.. They charged us $4 and there was hardly any meat on the stick.. we had to literally nibbled stuck flesh off the stick.. being a Malaysian i told the waiter that they either come to Malaysia and find out how satay is done or change the name of the food they serve because that surely was not satay they were serving.

This is the hotel we choose to book every time we go to Phnom Penh since it is clean, close to office and has a buffet breakfast that starts our day just right every morning. At the same time it has fast internet, and even a new Fitness Room now. negative is that they allow smoking at breakfast
