Avoid this hotel if you can!!
It was close to the area we wanted to be in.
We checked in to this hotel, and the staff tried to give us lesser rooms than we had paid for. We only had to show them the documents from Agoda and that aspect was OK. Our room had not been cleaned, bed linen stained and dirty, and toilet disgusting. fortunately I had tea tree oil and I cleaned the bathroom myself. HOt water did not work, but we found that the unit needed resetting. We were also next to a bar that played loud music until early hours of morning. Late at night, we had our beds changed, but there were no sheets big enough. The staff member trying to help was very sweet, but not having much luck with the sheets. The sheet on my bed was too short by about 60cms. WE had 2 other rooms booked for our travelling companions and they were similar. Our friend had specks of blood on his sheets. The hotel had girls coming and going through the night, with lots of laughing noises and high heels on stairs. There was a side entrance off the lobby for this type of business. After complaining to Agoda, we were moved to another room the next day. Personally, I would have preferred to move to another hotel. The next room was somewhat cleaner, a bit quieter, but still a lot of night noises at times. There was not really anywhere for breakfast nearby, but we were ok, as we knew where to go for good cheap food. The front desk staff were polite and one young man in particular tried to be very obliging and I thank him. I cannot remember his name. I would not stay in this hotel again, although after the initial problems were ironed out, it was satisfactory, but overpriced for the quality.

Friendly staff but dirty unclean rooms.
Nice lobby and friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and tidy. Wi-Fi was easily accessible in the lobby but not too much in the rooms. The room I stayed in was not very nice. Had air-con which was ok, but it was mainly the bathroom that was very dirty and looked liked it had hardly ever been cleaned.

nice hotel and service
the services are good, near with retaurants and shops to buy necessary things
thay accept you at anytime,it's 24hours check-in/check-out. they had wifi foe their hotel, but don't expect much, because the router for wifi only on one side of the building,so if you're on the other side you will not get the signal. the location is quite far from the main attractions of phnom penh,so it'll cost you if you want to go to the city and tour.

nice hotel - location not that great
clean room
Nice hotel, but a little out of town, but the plus side is you get to drive into town on a tuk tuk for about $2. we stayed here for 2 nights and decided we where to far out, so we moved hotels. there was a great restaurant next door very cheap.

Small rooms and lots of girls coming and going
price and location were good for what we needed
They allow people to smoke in no smoking rooms. Seems like it is more of a place for older men to bring younger women than a hotel or nice guest house. Staff was friendly

Small rooms, noisy beer garden next door
Helpful staff. clean rooms
The rooms were small, beer garden music on the West side. Lots of scantily clad young ladies coming and going. Seems a place for the semi-rich to meet their girlfriends.

Nice place but far from the city center
relatively new building, accommodating staff, fast replies to email queries, they have a $12 airport car pick-up
The place is located south of the main tourist drag, thus navigating around takes time and is expensive if you hire a tuktuk ($6 for a trip to Sisowath Quay and back when most tuktuks near Sisowath should only cost you $1-2 per ride). The rooms were clean and spacious and didn't have the musty smell of many other accommodations. There's a free internet at the lobby. There're drinks for sale available there as well. Beautiful relaxing foyer. Room without balcony but there's really nothing to see outside, but a not-so-busy street. There was a bit of a misunderstanding. When I inquired about a car pickup from the airport, there was an immediate reply, and I was asked for my credit card details saying this has to be pre-paid before the actual pick up. I replied with the credit card details. The reply was equally fast, saying my credit card has been charged accordingly. When I reached the hotel, the car driver directly asked for the $12. I balked because as far as I know, my credit card details have been charged according to the email (I think it was the manager). The one manning the counter said they will pay the driver but I have to pay them in return. But as far as I know, I did already and i had no intentions of paying another $12. I had to open my email account and show the guy at the counter that indeed the manager mailed me that my credit card has already been paid - thus "prepaid", thus "my credit card details and its CVV". Upon check-out, I booked for a tuktuk for 4 persons to take me to the bus terminal - Mekong Express for my onward travel to Siem Reap. They required TWO tuktuks, for 4 persons when 4 persons would fit ONE! That's $6 x two = $12 once again. This is my 3rd time in Phnom Penh so I know that $12 is a bit too much for a ride to a bus terminal. I would gladly refuse all the overcharging but I was with my 70 year old mother who's celebrating her birthday in Cambodia, her first time, so I didn't want a lot of hassle.

Lovely hotel with nice staff
Staff is friendly and nice - though their English level is not high.
Basically I'm very satisfied with what i got - considering what I paid for the room. The room was large, clean, and the staff was very helpful.
