First time I stayed in a cheaper room,ideal for singles and couples on a budget, but if you have kids or a little extra cash it's worth splasing out on the larger room.
Got kids? Book room 3. It's next to reception and easy to find staff when you need.
The baby pool is great for little kids. Garden provides lots of shade over the pool.
Third time here and I forgot how much I like it. Khmers are always wonderful with little kids, but with this hotel even the guests were happy to see kids.

great hotel in phnom penh. you are close to some good restaurants, royal palace, national museum, and river. everyone there was very helpful, they provided us a crib for our son, and they apparently even have a nanny service. the grounds make you feel like you are in the jungle somewhere, with a nice size swimming pool in the middle of it all.
Restaurant Tip:
Stick to the restaurants nearby - they are great.

So great to stay at a relaxed and family friendly hotel! Pool was clean and big enough to fit a bunch of hot people.

This place served us very well. It was clean and friendly and central to all you needed. Just a few minutes up the road from 240 Street which is full of groovy cafes and local cool shops made it ideal. Our family of 4 took the 2 king bed superior twin room and this worked well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Steel 240 and happy hour drinks at the FCC are all close. Couldn't have asked for more.

food and breakfast was good. staff nice.
in a quiet side-street. good location, royal palace, restaurant and shops (street 240) in easy walking distance.
for those traveling with young children, there is a really good playground nearby.
recommended, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the Kabiki. Our twin room was very roomy and lovely. Especially if you are travelling with children this is a great choice. There's a swimming pool, a good restaurant next to the pool and lots of space to run around. Nearby are shops and restaurants and also the Royal Palace. Goid value for money.

Hôtel très agréable bien situé dans le cantre ville. Il permet de se rendre rapidement (à pied éventuellement) dans tous les endroits du centre-ville les plus fréquentés par les touristes.
Cet hôtel est idéal pour les jeunes enfants qui disposent d'une vaste cour et d'un beau jardin, en plus bien évidemment de la piscine, pour se divertir.
