A Nice Hotel with Great design and good location
This hotel has a Go Green concept whic is suitable with its name. It has a very nice design swimming pool. Staffs are friendly and helpfull and it's located in the central of city, quite close to Phnom Penh main attractions.

front desk manager needs improved
The way he deal with customers needs major improvement and flexibility. Disappointments and will not go again. Even though we have spent many many days in this hotel but the front desk manager is the one who chase the customer away. Manner and attitude is very important in hospitality industry and he failed to perform so.

Lovely hotel if you can get discount rates
I have stayed here before and return as due to familiarity and discounted rates during the low season. Everything is still as good as last time, great location, wifi works everywhere, breakfast is quite good, very nice rooms with all amenities, walk in rain showers, lovely pool area, cheap laundry service, cheap and reliable airport transfers. Areas for improvement: old exercise equipment, very nice and large TVs but with very poor resolution (watching TV through a blizzard), bed pillows are not very comfortable (too large and hard). Please note - if I found another hotel where they had a proper gym, TVs that I could use, and better pillows for the same price and central location, I would consider moving. The pool is very nice but secondary to me. Please try to make some improvements. One additional frustration this last time was due to some kind of arrangement that Agoda has with I was quite sure that I had paid on agoda (as I had done during my previous stay), and prefer to use it as it accepts Amex, only to be surprised by a bill at 7am as I am leaving for the full room charge, and they don't accept Amex! Was able to find another means of payment, but quite frustrating and stressful.

The needle in the haystack
Beautiful resort. Superb staff. The pool was great as well as the beautiful landscaping. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The manager Marie, will take care of anything you need. The location is withing walking distance to the river, where there are more restaurants, bars and cruise information. Phnom Penh is not developed like Saigon and other Asian cities, but they will get there in time.

Fusion/colonial oasis with nice modern rooms
This is a lovely hotel in a good location. As soon as you pass through to the lovely pool area, you feel like you are in an oasis. The rooms are spacious and VERY nice in every way with a modern Asian/colonial fusion design. Walk-in rainshower, weekly mosquito treatments mean that I have not seen a single one in my room, wifi is good throughout the property, laundry service is cheap, slippers, robes, safe, and a terrace to sit outside your room (if you felt like it). And staff are very nice, of course. There are only a few minor criticisms: the gym is quite small with old equipment, the reception on their lovely 40-50? inch TVs is so poor that you barely use them due to the interference, and the spa is overpriced. Also, the two meals that I had in the pool side and upstairs French restaurants were fine but underwhelming (and more expensive than I would pay elsewhere). Breakfast next to the pool is quite good though. So I like the place a lot, and as I haven't had time to find a much better option have booked myself a room there for my next stay, particularly as the value for money (for the rooms, not the restaurant or spa) is very good. Its just a shame that I will be less likely to eat meals or use the spa there and I will make due with the limited gym. While the above are all aspects that the management could improve easily, I would also suggest that one thing that I would like in a hotel is having a nice air conditioned lounge/cafe area to be able to meet with people, drink coffee or work during the heat of the day.
